Damaged packaging or contents

If your package is damaged in transit, please take the following steps:

  1. Using a phone, a camera, or a computer device, take pictures of your damaged box and product.
  2. Email your photos along with your name and order number to support@rnareset.com
  3. A member of our support team will review your photos and then make arrangements for another shipment to be dispatched asap.
