2024 Domestic Shipping Policy

Our policy is to fulfill your orders with loving care all year long! Our Warehouse Team at RnA ReSet is a team of wonderful humans, working with human hands and brains, all sending loving energy to all the products as they go out our door! This loving approach is unique to our supplement company, and we’re happy to enhance your customer experience in all we do just for you!!!

Now – to get down to business.

Domestic orders

All RnA ReSet domestic orders are shipped freight on board (FOB) from our US warehouse via USPS or UPS.

Our goal is to get your essential health formula on its way to you as soon as possible. We will place your items in the trustworthy care of our preferred shippers as our shipping schedule recommends. There are situations beyond our control that may delay delivery to you and IF that happens, we will use the information you provided during checkout to contact you if we are aware that a delay could exist. If we have questions that prevent processing your order entirely, we will hold your order for up to 10 days to await your instruction. If after 10 days we have not received instruction from you, your order will be canceled.

Orders are typically shipped the same day if placed before 1:00 p.m. (EST) Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. (EST) Monday through Friday will typically ship the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will typically ship the next business day.

Domestic shipping rates are calculated by weight and zone. Estimated shipping times are established by delivery zone. All products are shipped FOB from our warehouse in North Carolina. For example you will get your order faster if you live in North Carolina than if you live in Seattle, Washington.  All orders will be hand carried to the residential or business address provided online through our ordering system.  For US addresses who have both a PO Box and Physical address you should specify both address on your order.
