One serving of berry-flavored powder contains 2 grams of ascorbic acid. I personally use two doses in my liter of sea-salted water into which I put all my minerals: ReMag, ReMyte, ReCalcia, Pico Potassium, and Pico Silver. Thus it becomes the flavoring that helps make all the minerals palatable and very easy to take.
