### What is the Vitamin C ReSet Dosing?
To obtain 2,000 mg of Vitamin C, stir one scoop = 7 grams into 8-16 oz of water and sip throughout the day.

### Can I safely take Vitamin C ReSet with medication?
There are indications that taking high dose vitamin C can metabolize medications at a faster rate than without vitamin C but there are no indications that vitamin C has any other drug interactions. That metabolism is related to the body trying to detoxify foreign or toxic substance.
### How Does Dr. Dean Use Vitamin C ReSet?
Dr. Dean says this is how she uses Vitamin C ReSet:
One serving of berry-flavored powder contains 2 grams of ascorbic acid. I personally use two doses in my liter of sea-salted water into which I put all my minerals: ReMag, ReMyte, ReCalcia, Pico Potassium, and Pico Silver. Thus it becomes the flavoring that helps make all the minerals palatable and very easy to take.
