# Pico Silver Dosage
### What is the Dosing for Pico Silver?
As a dietary supplement, ingest 1 teaspoon (5 ml) by placing it either directly in your mouth or into two to four ounces of water and then swallowing it. Ingest a serving at least twice per week. Take up to six servings daily depending on the extent to which you want to support your immune system or as recommended by your Health Care Professional.
