ReMag Dosage

What is the dosing for ReMag?

Do not take undiluted. ReMag® magnesium is a powerful mineral concentrate concentration and should not be placed directly into your mouth. Place a 1/2 tsp. [2.5 ml] in 4 ounces of water and consume in one sitting or put into 1 liter of water and sip throughout the day. For optimum results take at least two or more servings a day as needed or as directed by your healthcare provider. May be taken with or without food.

Can I Use ReMag as a Spray?

Did you know that you can use ReMag as a spray on your skin? Here are the instructions on how to use ReMag topically:

1 ml = 8 sprays

5 mls in a teaspoon

1.25 ml in a ¼ teaspoon = 11 sprays

Instructions: Transfer ReMag into a spray bottle. Do not dilute. Spray ReMag lightly.  You can rub it in or don’t rub it in, just let it sit and dry. After a few minutes, spray again and do that 4-5 times and let the layers build. You can do this two or three times a day for optimal benefit.

Can Children Use ReMag? If so, How?

Children over the age of 12 can use ReMag, but it's essential to follow appropriate dosing guidelines and take into account the Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) for magnesium.

For children aged 9-13, the RDA for magnesium is 240 mg per day, while for teenagers aged 14-18, the RDA increases to 410 mg per day for boys and 360 mg per day for girls. These amounts are based on total daily magnesium intake from both diet and supplements.

ReMag is a highly absorbable magnesium supplement, with 300 mg of elemental magnesium per teaspoon. For children over 12, starting with a lower dose, such as ¼ to ½ teaspoon daily, would help meet their magnesium needs without exceeding safe limits, especially if they are also getting magnesium from food sources.

Always consider starting with a smaller dose and gradually increasing it, while monitoring for any signs of magnesium deficiency or excess. It's also advisable to consult with a healthcare provider to ensure the correct dosage for each individual child, based on their specific health needs.
