I Can't Get My Order To Go Through

There are a variety of different reasons orders get hung up in the shopping cart.

First - let’s see if we can get your shopping cart to clear by following these instructions:

1. Go to the https://rnareset.com website
2). Click the gold genie’s lamp in the Upper left hand corner, and you will go back to the home page where you can access your information.
3). Click the “CART” link and then proceed to checkout…and see if that clears your cart and allows you to finish your transaction.

Second - you can clear your cache or browser or try a different device.
