What is the layer of oil at the top of the Flora ReFresh bottle?

At the top of the Flora ReFresh bottle, you may notice a light layer of the natural essential oil components of the Spray that have separated from the water components due to the lack of chemical emulsifiers, which are not contained in our formula. Simply shake the contents before spraying.
